1.U-Bolt Stainless Steel 316 (SS316)

Key Features:

2. Polyshrink (Heat Shrink Tube) Plastic sleeve that shrinks when heated

HT175 (PVDF):

• Heat resistant (up to 175°C)
• Chemical resistant

Viton 200 (FKM):

• Higher heat resistance (up to 200°C),
• Excellent chemical resistance
• Flexible, impact 

3. Special Insulator Rods 

Purpose: To insulate between the pipe and support, providing electrical insulation or load distribution.

PTFE (Teflon):

• Excellent electrical insulation
• Highly chemical resistant
• Withstands extreme temperatures
• Limitation: Not mechanically strong, low compressive strength

PEI: 

• Well-balanced properties
• Good insulator
• Mechanically strong
• Heat resistant (~170°C)
• Good chemical resistance

PEEK: 

• Highest strength and durability
• Wear-resistant
• Very high heat resistance (up to 250°C)
• Excellent chemical resistance
