Product Description fluteck™ P1000 is a 100% virgin PTFE standard grade engineered for components requiring stable mechanical, thermal, and electrical performance. Key Technical Data: Specific Gravity: 2.130 – 2.190 g/cm³ Tensile Strength: ≥ 20 MPa Elongation: ≥ 200% Hardness: ≥ 54 Shore D Service Temperature: -100°C to +250°C (continuous) Static Friction Coefficient: 0.08 – 0.10 Dynamic Friction Coefficient: 0.06 – 0.08 Dielectric Strength: ≥ 30 kV/mm Volume Resistivity: 10¹⁸ Ohm·cm Water Absorption: 0.01% Flammability: UL94 V-0 The material offers chemical inertness against most industrial chemicals and solvents, low friction behavior for sliding applications, and high electrical insulation performance. Compliant with FDA (21 CFR 177.1550), EU 1935/2004, NSF/ANSI 61, WRAS, ACS, and KTW standards for food and drinking water applications. Suitable for chemical processing, electrical insulation, sealing systems, oxygen service, and high-performance mechanical components.
