Customers may request a return within 5 days after delivery, provided that the product is unused and in its original condition. Refunds will be processed within 7–15 days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
If the product is damaged during transportation, the company will arrange a replacement. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges may be the customer’s responsibility or will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
ลูกค้าสามารถขอคืนสินค้าได้ภายใน 5 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า โดยสินค้าที่ส่งคืนจะต้องเป็นสินค้าที่ ยังไม่ได้ใช้งานและอยู่ในสภาพเดิม ทั้งนี้ บริษัทจะดำเนินการคืนเงินภายใน 7–15 วัน หลังจากได้รับและตรวจสอบสินค้าที่ส่งคืนเรียบร้อยแล้ว
สำหรับกรณีที่สินค้าได้รับความเสียหายระหว่างการขนส่ง บริษัทจะดำเนินการ เปลี่ยนสินค้าให้ใหม่ โดยค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดส่งสำหรับการคืนหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้าอาจเป็นความรับผิดชอบของลูกค้า หรือบริษัทจะพิจารณาเป็นกรณีไปครับ
