           U-Bolt & D-ROD are engineered to cater to a wide range of pipe support and structural applications, including Bolting and Insulation. Recognized for its strength, resistance to corrosion, use of high-quality materials, and adherence to international standards, they also precisely tailor materials for extra requirements.

U-Bolt Types  Stainless Steel 316 (SS316) :

• Key Features: Better corrosion resistance than SS304, especially against chemicals and seawater (due to molybdenum content), highly durable in corrosive environments
  
• Recommended For Marine applications, coastal areas, chemical plants, pharmaceutical industry (higher cost than SS304)

Pipe Protection Sleeves Polyshrink (Heat Shrink Tube) : 

• Plastic sleeve that shrinks with heatHT175 (PVDF): Heat resistant (up to 175°C), chemical resistant, scratch resistant (usually transparent)
  
• Viton 200 (FKM): Higher heat resistance (up to 200°C), excellent chemical resistance, flexible, impact and scratch resistant

Special Insulator Rods (Sold Separately) :

• PTFE (Teflon):Key Features : Excellent electrical insulation, highly chemical resistant, withstands extreme temperatures
  Limitation: Not mechanically strong, low compressive strength
  
• PEI : Key Features: Well-balanced properties, good insulator, mechanically strong, heat resistant (~170°C), good chemical resistance
  
• PEEK : Key Features: Highest strength and durability, wear-resistant, very high heat resistance (up to 250°C), excellent chemical resistance
