Warranty

• Returns are accepted within 5 days after delivery for products that are unused and in original condition
• Refunds will be processed within 7–15 days after the returned item is received
• Items damaged during transportation will be replaced
• Shipping costs for returns or exchanges may be borne by the customer or reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Material Certificate

• LOC (Letter of Compliance) is provided with every order
• MTC 3.1 (Mill Test Certificate) can be provided for qualified orders or upon request
